    • Check your eligibility for MaineHousing’s down payment assistance of up to $5,000 from their Advantage program, or $10,000 for their First Generation Pilot program. See their income limits here. 
    • Try MaineHousing’s calculator to see what you can afford.
    • Some banks may offer special mortgage products not associated with MaineHousing.
    • Buyers with larger amounts of cash may not need a mortgage.

Since City and State Funds were used to build these Condos, they are both Price Restricted and Income Restricted:

Income restricted means buyer households must earn up to 100% of Area Median Income (AMI) when they purchase the home (see the chart below).
