We will be taking reservations in Summer 2026 for Spring/Summer 2027 Move-in 42 price restricted and income restricted condominiums. This phase will include 1, 2, & 3 bedroom homes, some accessible, as well as community spaces. Affordable to households earning 80% and 100% of Area Median Income.
